Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to FEW. Your contact information is collected in order for us to send you our monthly email newsletter and to notify you of future meetings, special events, and other activities. The other information we collect (such as nationality and field of work) is for statistical purposes only. Your information will not be made available online nor is it distributed electronically to third parties without your permission.

Members Directory

The contact information you provide will be included in our annual FEW Members Directory and addendums. The Directory is distributed to FEW members by mail or by hand. You may opt-out of having your contact information included. In this case only your name, the year you joined FEW, your field of work, and nationality will be listed in the Directory.

Sponsors

FEW is a volunteer organization, in part supported by a select group of FEW sponsors. (See a list of our sponsors). From time to time we provide mailing labels with our members' addresses to our sponsors in order for them to promote their products and services and to offer special discounts exclusively to FEW members. Please note that we provide only your mailing address. Your email address will never be shared with third parties without your permission. You may choose to opt-out of these mailings.

In order to keep our records up to date, we request that you notify us at few@gol.com if any of your information should change.
