What’s the best way to send a resume?

“Ninety percent of companies want email,” said Executive Recruiter Laurie Purcell of Key Search. “When you send it, send it in Word,” said Tim Moran, Director of Human Resources at Hallmark. Anything else is not easily transferable to a company’s applicant tracking system, Purcell said. Use hard copies for interviews. And they better look good.
