Why become a member of FEW?

"I would not have the friends, social environment and business contacts I have today if it was not for FEW."

"FEW plays an integral part in all aspects of my life in Japan today. With a membership of like-minded and business savvy women, I can get the support I need on any level, and am given much opportunity to become active in my community here. It is a lively group and we have a great deal of fun!"

Clean Out Your Clutter and Help a Good Cause
Saturday, April 11th, 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Sunday, April 12th, 10:00am – 8:00pm

Spring cleaning is the next FEW community services event. Many smaller groups in Tokyo, such as women’s and children’s shelters, have white elephant sales as fundraisers to help finance the day-to-day running of the homes.

Small appliances, used clothing in good condition, books, and furniture are all wanted. So, if you are planning to clean out for spring, don’t throw away things that someone can use. Instead, help the environment and someone less fortunate. To get items to those who can use them, drop them off at the home of Community Services Director Carolyn Pieroway on one of the above dates:

3-2-10 Azabudai, Minato-Ku
(tel 03-5561-9219).

Pick up a map at the April meeting.

This is the fallback content for users who cannot see the Google Map.
