How many times have you made that promise to yourself to kick start your new year with a healthier and trimmer you? How many times do you get to February and realize that somehow you’ve slipped back into all your old ways and habits without even realizing it! It’s frustrating, especially if you really want to find a way to change your current lifestyle. Our January meeting is a chance to meet August Hergesheimer and Susie Rucker to find out some simple ways of changing bad habits and incorporating a better routine. They’ll share weight loss, de-tox and antiaging tips that fit with the pace of Tokyo life and really are achievable despite our busy schedules. If you’ve ever wondered about food intolerances and how to identify them, or asked yourself what food is good or or bad for you, August and Susie will help you. There will be plenty of time for Q&A on your specific health issues and you’re in for a treat with some special ‘eats’ that Susie will be bringing with her for us to try. We hope you’ll join us so we can all kick start our New Year’s resolutions and make sure we stay on track! See you at the TELL Community Center, our location for January. Address: 5-4-22 Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku. From Omotesando station, 7 minutes’ walk until you see a housing compound on your right with a two-tone brick wall and a large green iron gate. The address ‘5-4-22 Minami Aoyama’ is written on the wall by the gate.
