Join us in November to learn about how we can best take care of our future finances as we welcome Stacey Wareing, Senior Partner at Deveres. Stacey has a special interest in women’s financial needs and will share her knowledge and answer our questions. Taking care of finances can be daunting and it’s often difficult to know where to start. We may think it’s too late to start investing in our future or feel ashamed about having no pension. Perhaps you just want to hear about the best way to invest, or make the most of you current investments or hear about Japan-specific financial cnsiderations. This meeting will be beneficial to all women living in Japan long-term or short-term.

In this meeting we will address:

Taking care of your future - making the best investments now and mistakes to avoid

What does the financial crisis mean to us, how can we take advantage of
opportunities and avoid being caught out?

Common financial pitfalls or mistakes that women specifically fall into

How to manage if you are on your own, or left alone through death of a partner, divorce or illness that means you’re unable to work.

Making wills and protecting your assets in Japan (the law here is quite different and Stacey will get specific about this)

How to take care of your future if you are staying long-term in Japan or married to Japanese.

Stacey Wareing is a Senior Partner at Deveres and has over 12 years experience as an Independent Financial Advisor. She qualified in the UK and is currently the only fully qualified female IFA in Tokyo.
